The Al Montazah parks with Island of Legends amusement park and Pearls Kingdom water park enjoys a convenient downtown location and is only under 20 minutes’ drive from both Dubai and Sharjah Airports respectively.

All persons entering the theme park are subject to the rules and regulations of entry as displayed at the main entrance and within Guest Services.
Failure to adhere to the rules of entry may lead to the visitor forfeiting their right to remain in the theme park and be summarily removed from the premises.
AL MONTAZAH PARKS may claim damages for any resultant damage that is caused by the visitor. Visitors who, having breached the rules of entry, refuse an order to leave the premises will be prosecuted under applicable laws without delay

Height, weight, size and age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain rides and attractions. These will be displayed at each relevant ride and attraction and made available from Guest Services.

Children under 80 cm height enter free & height between 81 cm to 120 cm.
Management reserves the right to inspect all bags before entry into the park.
Tickets are only valid for the water park detailed on the Ticket.
Street clothes, cotton wear, underwear, will not be permitted.
Outside food and beverage, or any glass items are not permitted.

In case the Park is full with guests during public holidays as they have capacity limitations, guest could come on next day.
